WHY THE RATL SUMMER STAFF PROGRAM?
RATL’s mission is to be with under-resourced families in Atlanta, primarily women & children who are on their journey out of homelessness. We believe that active relationship-building is what Christ calls us to. This type of care requires hands to serve, ears to listen, and mouths to speak truth and love. That’s why our staff is a crucial part of the mission at RATL!
Our staff members serve by leading daily programming and building relationships with RATL students and their mothers. RATL staff members work most directly with RATL students grades PreK-5th grade by providing a safe, fun, and nurturing environment in After-School and Summer Camp Programs, Monday through Friday.
